The present invention relates to a novel embroidery patch for a cap and a manufacturing method thereof whereby a unique embroidery patch is manufactured to have an enhanced three-dimensional look and a nice appearance, and to give the entire cap a nice look. The manufacturing method of the novel embroidery patch for a cap includes the steps of: manufacturing an embroidery base part by embroidering an entire fabric cloth to a size a user wants using an embroidery thread; placing a soft sheet having a uniform thickness on the embroidery base part; manufacturing an embroidery logo part by winding the sheet according to the shape the user wants with embroidery thread; removing the sheet except the embroidery logo wound by the embroidery thread; and performing sublimation transfer by placing a sublimation transfer sheet on the embroidery base part and the embroidery logo part wound by the embroidery thread. |
