FRUIT PORK CURTLET AND PREPARING METHOD OF THE SAME

The present invention provides a method for making a fruit pork cutlet that comprises the following steps: adding fruits to the pork; coating a wheat flour paste on the pork with the added fruits; and covering the pork with bread crumbs. According to the present invention, the pork cutlet includes the fruits, thereby providing the smooth and delicate taste of the pork with the tenderizing effect of the fruits, allowing for a dripping juice from the fruit when being fried and cut, and exhibiting a very excellent taste.
