The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode display device including a touch sensor and a manufacturing method thereof. The touch sensor includes a base layer; multiple touch electrodes formed on a first surface of the base layer in a first direction; multiple second touch electrodes formed on a second surface facing the first surface in a second direction crossing the first direction; multiple first routing wires connected to the first electrodes on the first surface, respectively; multiple routing wires formed on the first surface and separated from the first routing wires; and third routing wires formed on the second surface and connected to the second routing wires through a hole. The base layer is at least one among a barrier layer, a scratch preventing layer, and a circular light layer.
