The present invention relates to a method of improving a color fastness of the natural dyeing using anthocyanin pigments. Provided is a dyeing process capable of improving the color fastness and usefully applying to a textile industry. Provided is a method of dyeing textiles comprises the steps of adding a black-eyed pea and green tea into water in a bath ratio of 1 to 20 (step 1); adjusting pH of a salt bath to 3 to 6 (step 2); and putting the textiles in the salt bath (step 3).
