The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for estimating joint motions capable of bio-feedback. The method for estimating joint motions according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a step of receiving the motion information of joints; a step of generating the motion graph of the joints; and a step of estimating the motion of the joints. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the motion graph of the joints includes the graph of a primary motion and the graph of a secondary motion.
