FIELD: testing technology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing technology, to testing for strength. The device comprises a base, a drum mounted on it, a cutter for interaction with the sample, mounted on the drum coaxially with the latter, a sample holder in the form of a yoke, a pusher for interaction with one of the ends of the sample, a stop for interaction with the second end of the sample, and a mechanism of movement of the pusher made in the form of a press. The sample holder, the pusher, the stop and the mechanism of movement of the pusher are mounted on a rotating platform, which axis of rotation is perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the drum.EFFECT: increasing volume of information obtained by providing tests of rod samples of materials for stratified shear under the action of axial load with the ability to change the orientation of the stratified shear planes relative to the direction of action of the axial load during the test.1 dwg |
