The present invention provides a shaving device (1) comprising a first gear (10), which rotates based on a shaving center axis (10a) by a power transmission device; a second gear (20), which rotates by being circumscribed with the first gear (10); a shaving cutter (30), which is installed in the shaving cutter axis (20a) of the second gear and rotates; and a height control jig, which is installed so that the outer periphery of the shaving cutter (30) and an internal tooth unit of a work (w) processed by roughing can be interlocked. Also, the present invention provides a gear processing method, which includes a step of finishing internal teeth, using the shaving device. The present invention relates to the shaving device for a gear tooth surface and the processing method using the device, capable of processing an internal tooth gear with a high degree of precision, improving productivity, reducing the cost of production, processing an external tooth gear with the use of the same shaving device, and obtaining operating profits by processing the external gear with the use of an additional shaving device. |
