FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: frame (1) for an underwater remotely operated unit (UROU) comprises frame elements (12), formed on a frame (11) from material with positive buoyancy. At the same time the frame elements (12) comprise a thermosetting material (121) applied on the surface of the frame (11) and forming a solid shell (12a) around it. The frame (11) comprises frame elements (111), connected to each other using facilities selected from the group consisting of adhesives (16) and fastening elements (17) in the form of rods and/or plates. The method to manufacture the frame (1) for UROU includes the following operations: manufacturing of frame elements (111) from material with positive buoyancy; manufacturing of the frame (11) by connection of frame elements (111) with each other; application of the thermosetting material (121) onto the surface of the frame (11) and formation of fastening units (13) integrated into the thermosetting material (121) for installation of UROU components.EFFECT: improved operating characteristics of a UROU bearing structure.18 cl, 4 dwg |
