Disclosed is a fuselage compartment formed as a large-sized three-layer one-piece molded circular cylindrical shell of integral type with a ribbed filler (diameter about and length of 10 ... ), and a set of normal circular frames of sub-assembly type connected to the aforementioned shell by bonded-mechanical way. The middle layer consists of quadrilateral carbon fiber profiles directed along the straight line generators, mainly of tubular shape. The shell has calibrated ports lined with a waterproof film, into which additional structural elements can be placed. The shell has filled beaded grooves at the junctions of the middle layer profiles without additional use of compensating materials. In the manufacturing method of this monolithic three-layer shell a prepreg technology with wounding inner and outer skins and heat vacuum autoclave molding. The method provides for the ease withdrawal of shaper elements of tool is used. During manufacture of tubular elements by winding reinforced tapes the combined metal-polymer mandrels are used on the base of a rod metal core, which is finally removed, and its outer polymer film shell of constructive-technological purpose. The wound mandrels are arranged, fixed, pressed down to the surface of the mold and sealed on the sides mainly by magnetic, mechanical-magnetic and vacuum-magnetic methods. The method implements a spontaneous thermal power filing of beaded grooves at vacuum autoclave molding on the basis of remolding the polymer shell thereby providing a transfer molding of the reinforced shell wound on the mandrel. Technological scheme, which is associated with the manufacture of circular normal frames of-shaped section as planar structures and their connection with a three-layer composite shell by bended mechanical method consists of three phases with their implementation on various workplaces, namely: initial, end and final with maximum mechanization of works. A set of tools for implementation of the method of manufacturing a three-layered integral shell comprises eight elements. |
