Disclosed are a low speed transmission system, a middle speed transmission system and a high speed transmission system. In this case, the low speed transmission system includes a convolution encoder for performing a forward error correction encoding of an input signal; a puncturing unit for puncturing the forward error correction encoded signal input from the convolution encoder; an interleaving unit for interleaving the punctured signal input from the puncturing unit; a waveform encoder for waveform-encoding the interleaved signal input from the interleaving unit by using an orthogonal and bi-orthogonal code; a repeat unit for repeating the waveform encoded signal input from the waveform encoder; and a modulation unit for modulating the repeated signal input from the repeat unit.
