The present invention relates to a heating water flow regulating valve and, more specifically, to a heating water flow regulating valve capable of reducing waste of fuel by opening a heating pipe to circulate heating water when the temperature of heating water is lower than a set temperature by being installed between a distributor and the heating pipe which circulate the heating water and of blocking the supply of heating water circulated through the heating pipe when the temperature of heating water is higher than a set temperature. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the heating water flow regulating valve comprises a valve body unit coupled and fixed to the heating pipe connected to a supplying pipe of the distributor; a fastening unit coupled and fixed to the valve body part; and a control unit controlling the supply of heating water by being installed in the valve body unit.
