摘要 The present invention relates to a nano-structured semiconductor oxide (TiO_2) electrode and a manufacturing process thereof applicable to a solar cell, energy and other related fields and, more specifically, to a transparent nano-structured electrode for photo-catalysis and a manufacturing method thereof, which vapor-deposit or synthesize a buffer layer by using a two step process to realize stable adhesion of limited nano rods to a substrate. The present invention, as a concrete tool for attaining the objective, comprises the steps of: forming the buffer layer on the substrate for increasing adhesion force between the substrate and the nano-structured electrode; and forming the nano rods by using a hydrothermal method after forming the buffer layer.
