FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: planetary gear without plant carrier consists of two power central wheels: a supporting one (6) and a driven one (5), one of which has internal teeth, while another one - external teeth, and a driving central wheel (1) with external teeth as well as power pinions (3, 4,) set in two layers in staggered pattern between the power central wheels (5, 6). Power pinions (4) of the internal layer interact with the power central wheel (5) fitted by external teeth. Power pinions (3) of the external layer interact with the power central wheel (6) fitted by internal teeth and with the power pinions (4) of the internal layer. Additional pinions (2) interact with the driving central wheel (1) and with power pinions of the external or internal layer. Depending on conditions of usage in the drive, any of power central wheels (5, 6) can be stopped, i.e. to become a support one, while another one becomes a driven wheel.EFFECT: delivery and take-off of torque in axial direction and high load capacity at gear ratio 5-14.2 cl, 4 dwg |
