Disclosed is a coal pulverizer including a cut off plate which can prevent a phenomenon that coal powder is fallen down to the lower part of a fixing unit through a gap between a rotary shaft and a fixing unit in the lower part of the rotary table by installing the cut off plate in the lower part of the rotary table. The pulverizer comprises: an inlet in which raw material is input; the rotary table and rollers which pulverize the input raw material; and outlets which discharge the pulverized raw material. As one example, the pulverizer including the cut off plate is disclosed in which: the rotary shaft is formed in the lower center of the rotary table; and the fixing unit which covers the rotary shaft by being distanced from the rotary shaft is formed.The fixing unit includes first and second fixing plates formed to vertically face each other with distance. First and second sealings to cover the rotary shaft are respectively formed between the rotary shaft and the first and second fixing plates. The cut off plate which covers the rotary shaft and the first sealing is formed by being distanced from the first sealing.
