The present invention relates to a meat roasting plate, and more specifically, to a meat roasting plate including a holder on which roasted meat is placed and eaten. The meat roasting plate comprises: a main body having a curvature portion curved upward and an edge portion surrounding the curvature portion; a discharge hole formed at one side of the main body to discharge meat oil; support legs protruding upward from the other side of the main body; and a holder fixed on the support legs. The holder receives the heat conducted through the support legs of the main body, and maintains the conducted heat for a long period of time since it is filled with a heat insulating material, so that the roasted meat is placed and eaten on the holder while being kept from getting cold for a long period of time. Further, an independent space where garlic, onions and the like can be placed and roasted is formed in the center of the main body by using a metal material having low thermal conductivity than the main body, so that the garlic, onions and the like can be conveniently roasted and eaten together with the meat. |
