The present invention relates to a time slot scheduling apparatus and, more particularly to a time slot scheduling apparatus capable of reducing the waste of guard time due to long propagation delay by a long distance between nodes in broadcasting based on TDMA operated in tactical airborne networks. For this, the time slot scheduling apparatus includes a time slot length calculating unit which calculates each time slot length by calculating the propagation delay between the nodes according to the location information of each node and a transmission order generating unit which generates the transmission order of each node. The time slot length is calculated based on the transmission order.
