The present invention relates to a user terminal, a universal operating system server which provides the service of an operating system function to enable a user who connect to a system account, and a system and a method for controlling server access by automatically changing a connected password. The system comprises an automatic password change unit for randomly changing the authentication information of a system account in the server and for storing the system account and the authentication information in a database; an authentication unit for executing user authentication for the user of the client; and an automatic access processing unit for passing authentication for the corresponding account executed by the server by loading the authentication information of the system account from the database about the system account requested by the user terminal when the user authentication is passed. Unauthorized access is controlled in the appropriation of an authority by periodically changing the password of a Windows server and a Unix server in a special gateway through the system and the method.
