FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disperse-hardened nickel-based alloy that forms aluminium oxide on the surface and can be used at high temperatures. Proposed alloy contains the following substances, in wt %: C 0.05-0.2, Si not over 1,5, Mn not over 0.5, Cr 15-20, Al 4-6, Fe 15-25, Co not over 10, N 0.03-0.15, O not over 0.5, one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Ta, Zr, Hf, Ti, and Nb 0.25-2.2, one or more elements selected from the group consisting of REM not over 0.5, Ni and impurities making the rest.
