The invention relates to a method for producing concentrated milk preserves with vegetable extracts, providing for preparation and concentration of pasteurized milk with sugar syrup, cooling, prepacking ready product. In the process of concentration up to solids content 72-74 % an extract of lime and mint is added in the amount of 2-3 % and a rose hip syrup – 2.5-3.5 % of ready product weight, with next concentration up to solids content 73-74 %. |
