METHOD FOR VARNISHING WITH LACQUER REDUCED ALLERGIC REACTION

The present invention relates a lacquer applying method for relieving allergy reaction. When raw lacquer is vanished, an allergy to lacquer is triggered. A method using lacquer from which urushiol, which is a main ingredient in allergic reaction, is removed needs a removing process and time for removing urushiol. A method of drying lacquer by heating may cause changes in the components of the lacquer. Contrarily, the present invention eliminates allergic reaction due to the use of raw lacquer by using a method which dries raw lacquer by stirring the raw lacquer and putting the raw lacquer on a plate and sprays the raw lacquer by pulverizing the dried raw lacquer and mixing the pulverized raw lacquer with a coating agent or an adhesive. Thereby, allergic reaction caused by raw lacquer can be prevented by forming an outer layer on a pulverized raw lacquer sprayed layer with a coating agent or an outer cover material so that the pulverized raw lacquer sprayed layer is not exposed.
