Disclosed are an anti-jamming apparatus and method for a compact array antenna. The anti-jamming apparatus for a compact array antenna according to the present invention includes a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) array antenna unit having a plurality of GNSS antennas to receive GNSS signals sent from a satellite; a first beam forming unit having a plurality of polymerizing portions receiving and polymerizing signals received by the GNSS antennas as a first reference signal and a first auxiliary signal to form different beams; and a second beam forming unit receiving and polymerizing a second reference signal which is the other one of the different beams, and second auxiliary signals which are the remaining beams to form an anti-jamming beam of which an invisible region is minimized.
