摘要 The present invention relates to a method for repairing and reinforcing the cross section of a concrete structure using a fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) reinforcement and, more particularly, to a method for repairing and reinforcing the cross section of a concrete structure wherein after a concrete surface is chipped, ratchet wheel anchor bolts are installed on both ends of the chipped portion, and after resin-coated basalt fiber strands are fixed to the head portions of the bolts, the ratchet wheels rotate to apply tension to the basalt fiber strands, thus improving the physical properties like tension strength, compression strength and the likes and increasing the durability. Especially, the method solves weak alkali resistance of the basalt fiber through the resin coating, so that the basalt fiber having excellent physical and mechanical properties is used as reinforcement at the inside of mortar, thus maintaining the excellent repairing and reinforcing effects for a long period of time, and an FRP reinforcement panel or sheet is additionally attached to the surface of the mortar, thus more stably protecting the surface of the mortar from external environments.
