FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, refers to positive displacement machines and is designed to be used at pumping of abrasive, aggressive and other media. A diaphragm unit consists of a rod, a diaphragm and a support. The support is a built-up structure comprising upper and lower segments swivelling on axes fixed by a pusher, connected to each other by guiding bars and covered by segment faceplates increasing the efficiency factor at solution pumping in the course of the segments' movement. A draw bar supports the diaphragm via a faceplate connecting the segments and the pusher. Lip ends of the segments cover the gaps occurring at their movement. The guiding bars serve as locking units for the segments. A dish retainer prevents break of the diaphragm in its middle section at return movement of the rod. Clamping bolts provide for the joint of the central diaphragm section with the dish retainer. The diaphragm periphery is rigidly fixed by a flange.EFFECT: perfected design.3 dwg |
