FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: hopper car contains body (1) installed on chassis (2) and roof consisting of two half-roofs (3) drawn apart using lever mechanism in direction parallel to track centreline of hopper car. Each half-roof (3) is provided with flat-topped lever mechanism having vertical levers gimbal-mounted at both sides of body and with support (6) located on butt end of body. The said half-roof is made capable to be moved by means of grip (7) installed on rod of hydraulic cylinder (8) gimbal-mounted on support installed on the frame of door-extracting machine. The grip (7) is made as fork with groove providing free engagement and motion inside it of flat-topped lever mechanism horizontal part. Each hydraulic cylinder (8) is pivotally connected with rod of other hydraulic cylinder (12) pivotally mounted on support installed on the frame of door-extracting machine. In dust-collecting umbrella of door-extracting machine, grooves are made to provide free travel of grips.EFFECT: higher reliability and better ecology.5 dwg |
