PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of components.SOLUTION: A liquid discharge device includes: a stage; a head which discharges a liquid to solid-shape printed matter while moving in a moving direction; a head support body which supports the head and moves in a crossing direction crossing the moving direction relatively to the stage; and a printed matter support body for supporting the solid shape printed matter which includes a roller and moves relatively and integrally with the head support body, the printed matter support body rotating the solid shape printed matter by rotating as the roller rotates in contact with the stage during the relative movement.
