PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to determine validity of application software operating in a terminal of the user.SOLUTION: When a setting file of application information 141 is not falsified, a user terminal 100 displays information on a single or a plurality of connection destinations to be connected in executing application software on the basis of the setting file. Then, when receiving an execution instruction of the application software, the user terminal 100 executes the application software, and inhibits connection of the application software except the connection destinations set by the setting file.
