<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that has a small circuit scale and is hardly affected by noise and distortion.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device causes current of a variable current source 5 to flow through one capacitor of capacitors 3 and 4 of a capacitive sensor element 2; causes current of a variable current source 6 to flow out from the other capacitor; and switches between the variable current sources 5 and 6 on the basis of an output voltage VOP-VON of a fully-differential amplifier 7. Thus, since a reset operation in a common switched-capacitor-type CV converter is not performed, the capacitance change in the capacitors 3 and 4 can be directly integrated.</p> |
