<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation device able to reduce in a short time a difference between the actual temperature of an oscillating piece that changes with a change in ambient temperature and the temperature detected by a thermo-sensitive element.SOLUTION: A crystal oscillator 1 comprises a crystal oscillating piece 10, a thermistor 20 that detects temperature, and a package 30 accommodating the crystal oscillating piece 10 and thermistor 20 therein. On the internal bottom face 31b of the package 30 on which the crystal oscillating piece 10 and thermistor 20 are mounted are provided with a plurality of electrode pads 33a and 33b supporting the crystal oscillating piece 10. A wiring pattern 35 is drawn from at least the one electrode pad (here, the electrode pad 33a) and higher in heat conductivity than a package base 31 including the internal bottom face 31b of the package 30 overlap the thermistor 20 in a plan view.</p> |
