<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Ni-based alloy, a friction stir welding tool using the same, and a method for producing the same, whose hardness can assure Vickers hardness of about Hv600 (Rockwell hardness HRC55) at temperatures above 500°C and which easily enables the reproduction of only the tip part of probe.SOLUTION: A Ni-based super-super-alloy consisting of: any one or combination of Re, Ru and Rh in composition range of 3 wt.% or more and 6 wt.% or less; Al in composition range of 2 wt.% or more and 4 wt.% or less; Ta in composition range of 14 wt.% or more and 16 wt.% or less; V in composition range of 10 wt.% or more and 12 wt.% or less; B in composition range of 0.003 wt.% or more and 0.01 wt.% or less; and Ni of balance, and exhibiting 2-overlapping-phase structure having a phase consisting of an intermetallic compound between Ni and Al and a phase consisting of an intermetallic compound between Ni and V, is used, in a friction stir welding tool 1.</p> |
