PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimal arrangement for a scintillator member and a semiconductor sensor included in a combination detection part in a radiation meter.SOLUTION: An end 10 slops with respect to a body, and the end 10 is internally provided with a combination detection part 16. The combination detection part 16 includes a semiconductor sensor 30 provided on a substrate 28 and a scintillator member 32 joined thereon. The semiconductor sensor 30 and the scintillator member 32 are arranged side by side in a z direction orthogonal to a main direction in which the end 10 is directed so that the probability that radiation is directly incident to each of them is increased. Further, the semiconductor sensor 30 is provided in the underside of the scintillator member 32 so that the semiconductor sensor 30 are not interrupted by the shadow of the scintillator member 32 with respect to radiation 40A, 40B coming from the underside. |
