The present invention relates to a reclaimer for fuel and raw materials, comprising a hopper for guiding fuel and raw materials falling down from a storeroom to a belt conveyor; a cleaning member installed inside the hopper to come out towards the storeroom; and a driving part for making the cleaning member come out from the hopper and adhere to the bottom of the storeroom.
