The present invention relates to a novel polyimide derivative and a polymer gas separation film including the same. In particular, the present invention relates to the production of a polyimide derivative which can be used as a polymer gas separation membrane using dianhydride and diamine. The polymer membrane using the polyimide derivative by means of the present invention exhibits a high glass transition temperature and a high heat decomposition temperature so as to be stable even at high temperature. Also, the polymer membrane has excellent gas permeability so as to be usefully used as a polymer gas separation membrane under high temperature.
