The present invention relates to a headrest. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a tip-up linkage type folding headrest which remarkably improved the spatial utilization of a vehicle using a seat as the headrest is folded forward when the seat is tipped up. The present invention includes a headrest frame which is installed to be rotated around a horizontal frame of a stay joined to a seat back; an elastic member which is installed to connect the horizontal frame and the headrest frame and which folds the headrest frame around the horizontal frame; a locking unit which is installed to connect the horizontal frame and the headrest frame and which maintains the folded state of the headrest frame caused by a restoring force of the elastic member or maintains the unfolded state of the headrest frame while overcoming a restoring force of the elastic member; and a folding unit which unlocks the locking unit maintaining the unfolded state of the headrest frame when the seat back is tipped up. |
