PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visible light communication device capable of recognizing confidence of communication security because power consumption can be suppressed and a data communication coverage can be recognized without doing damage to eyes even after receiving visible light.SOLUTION: The visible light communication device includes: a light-emitting section that connects a plurality of light-emitting elements 110 in series; an illumination section that emits illumination light by connecting the plurality of light-emitting sections in parallel; an optical communication section 300 that is connected with at least one or more terminal devices 600 through visible light communication ; and a power supply 400 that supplies electric power to the light-emitting sections and the optical communication section 300. The optical communication section 300 is connected with optional or all of the light-emitting sections. |
