PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform fast communication at each radio terminal with a reduced packet collision frequency transmitted from a plurality of radio terminals.SOLUTION: A radio terminal T1 determines the number of slot arrays N by slot array number determination processing on deciding that no response packet is received from a master station M1 in a time zone after the slot of transmitting a registration request packet. Then the radio terminal T1 retransmits a registration request packet at any one of N slots arrayed in continuation on a time axis. The radio terminal T1 further retransmits the registration request packet on deciding that no response packet is received in a time zone after the slot of retransmitting the registration request packet. The radio terminal T1 varies the number of slot arrays N on the basis of the number of retransmission of the registration request packet in the past.
