PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a method for confirming a transmission value and a transmission measuring device, which can be implemented in a digital form without increasing the number of logic elements and have the principle and advantages of a lock-in amplifier.SOLUTION: The method comprises the steps of: a) generating a voltage curve corresponding to the intensity of a pulsed light signal transmitted through a sample; b) confirming many sample values with respect to the voltage curve; c) confirming a first voltage associated with a light pulse among the sample values, confirming a second voltage value associated with a blanking time between two light pulses among the sample values, and offsetting the sample value confirmed as the first voltage value and the sample value confirmed as the second voltage value by an integer multiple of half a period corresponding to a frequency of the light signal; and d) subtracting the second voltage value from the first voltage value. The difference obtained in the step d) is proportional to the transmission value. The transmission measuring device has an integrated circuit in the succeeding stage of an A/D converter, and the integrated circuit executes the method. |
