PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple lifting type parking apparatus which can operate lifting action of pallets while always confirming a lifting state of the pallets during automatic lifting of the pallets of the multistage simple lifting type parking apparatus.SOLUTION: A simple lifting type parking apparatus includes: an in-pit lifting body with pallets in each of which a vehicle is placed connected in multiple stages; a control board comprising switching means for changing a position where lifting operation of the in-pit lifting body is allowed, operation position setting means for setting the position where the lifting operation is allowed, and notification means for notifying the position where the lifting operation is allowed to a user, and performing the lifting operation of the in-pit lifting body; and control means for controlling a distance in which continuous lifting operation of the in-pit lifting body is allowed. |
