PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary member support device capable of preventing a temporary member from disturbing construction of a concrete structure while reducing time and efforts for removing the temporary member when using the temporary member for constructing the concrete structure.SOLUTION: An anchor bolt 14 is provided in a ground cover 13 of a bridge girder block B, and a temporary sheath pipe device 3 for mounting a temporary fence 2 is fitted to the anchor bolt 14. The temporary sheath pipe device 3 includes a hinge mechanism 33 to which a sheath pipe 34 is mounted, and a pin 36 for maintaining a rising state of the sheath pipe 34 is provided while being inserted into a pin insertion hole 35. The sheath pipe 34 in the rising state and the temporary fence 2 mounted to the sheath pipe 34 are brought into a fallen state by pulling the pin 36 off.
