<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sensor device capable of preventing erroneous detection due to an influence given by a magnetic field which a magnetic sensor itself generates to a conductor outside the sensor.SOLUTION: In a magnetic sensor device 10, an exciting coil 20 and a detection coil 30 are arranged facing both sides of a sample arrangement space 40. A magnetic sensor element 12 including the exciting coil 20 and the detection coil 30 is stored in a sensor case 11. The sensor case 11 includes an external case 17 composed of non-magnetic conductive metal. The external case 17 is configured to cover all the periphery of the exciting coil 20 and the detection coil 30 excluding the side facing the detection coil 30 in the periphery of the exciting coil 20 and the side facing the exciting coil 20 in the periphery of the detection coil 30. Also, a magnetic shield part 18 composed of magnetic metal is disposed on the inside surface of the external case 17.</p> |
