PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot system, a program, a production system, and a robot which allow a worker to instruct a robot movement instruction with gesture.SOLUTION: A robot system 300 includes: a robot 200 performing production work mixed with a worker in a production system; an imaging information acquisition part 110 acquiring an imaging information from an imaging part 400 imaging the worker; a robot control part 130 controlling the robot 200 based on the imaging information; and a display control part 150 controlling display of a display part 500 displaying a displayed image. The robot control part 130 first detects gesture of the worker based on the acquired imaging information and then specifies a robot control command related to the detected gesture. The display control part 150 displays a notification image for notifying the robot control command specified by the robot control part 130 to the worker on the display part 500. |
