PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide weak flour which prevents the formation of an undissolved lump of flour and the scattering of flour and is easy to handle.SOLUTION: The weak flour contains a powder with a particle diameter of less than 45 μm in an amount of 15 mass% or more and less than 40 mass%, a powder with a particle diameter of 45-75 μm in an amount of 10-35 mass%, and a powder with a particle diameter of 45-150 μm in an amount of 60-85 mass%. |
