PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft seal gate valve having a fixing structure of a sealing material capable of achieving secured sealing performance.SOLUTION: A valve element 15 of a soft seal gate valve is constituted by a metal valve body 21, a female screw member 22, and a valve lower member 23, and a rubber sealing material 24 having sufficient elasticity is attached to the whole of the valve element. In an upper half part of the sealing material, an upper sealing part 24c fastened between the valve element and the female screw member and coming in close contact with an upper valve seat from an interface between the valve element and the female screw member is protruded toward the outer side of the valve element, and in a lower half part of the sealing member, a lower sealing part 24e fastened between the valve element and the valve lower member and coming in close contact with a lower valve seat from an interface between the valve element and the valve lower member is protruded. |
