An insulation sheet 42b covers the front surface of the transparent substrate 42a. A CPU: detects a variation amount of an electrostatic capacitance of each of the plurality of capacitors CP, CP, ...; and applies a different display process to the monitor screen 40a in accordance with a magnitude relation between the detected variation amounts and a reference value REF. The CPU: further detects a size of a finger FNG that performs a touch operation; and causes the reference value REF to be increased in accordance with a rise in the detected size. Thus, the ease of use is improved.</p> |
