PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary body supporting device which prevents the damage of a bearing rotatably supporting a rotary body, a fixing device including the rotary body supporting device, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A roller supporting device 70 rotatably supports a fixing roller 62 around a shaft 701. The roller supporting device 70 includes the shaft 701, a bearing 702 and a sealing part 8. A stopper 80 and a spacer 90 constituting the sealing part 8 are relatively rotated in a circumferential direction in the rotation of the shaft 701, so that the thickness in the axial direction of the sealing part 8 is changed. The thickness of the sealing part 8 is adjusted according to the depth of an insertion part into which the bearing 702 is fitted, to prevent the tilt of the bearing 702. |
