PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device which can suppress a period in which power supply is stopped to be generated while suppressing operation cost of an external power source, a control device used for the power storage device, a computer program and a power supply device.SOLUTION: A power storage device 10 is connected to load devices 2A-2C to which power is supplied from an external power supply, such as a commercial power 30, a fuel cell device 31, or a power supply device 32, and has a storage battery 11 in which power to supply to a load device 2 instead of the external power supply is stored. Moreover, a control section 15 of the power storage device 10 supplies power of the storage battery 11 to the load device 2 at least until receiving a notification that power supply will start which is sent from either the fuel cell device 31 or the power supply device 32.
