PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaving method of a punching product, a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device, capable of preventing reduction in a product quality caused by damage and a gouge of a metal mold caused by residue floating, by surely punching down without causing rupture in a punching residue.SOLUTION: The shaving method of the punching product includes a pre-punching process of pre-punching by leaving a shaving punching margin 32 in a punching expected area 31 of a thin plate material 30 and a shaving punching process of punching the shaving punching margin 32, and the pre-punching process punches so as to form a bridge part 33 for connecting mutual opposed parts inside of the shaving punching margin 32. |
