PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film having excellent transparency, conductivity and film strength, and having reduced deterioration in the transparency, conductivity and film strength even in a high temperature-high moisture environment.SOLUTION: A conductive film 1 comprises: a base material 11; and an organic compound 13 formed on the base material 11 and at least including a conductive polymer compound comprising a cationic &pgr;-conjugated conductive polymer compound and polyanion, and a binder resin. The conductive polymer compound is dispersed with an organic solvent having an organic solvent ratio of 95% or higher, and further, blocked isocyanate is contained in the organic compound layer. |
