PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table device that effectively suppresses occurrence of a preload resulting from heat expansion or the like, and thereby can prevent operation fault from being caused as much as possible.SOLUTION: A table device is constituted such that a buffer 10 comprising a rubber-like elastic member is interposed between an adjustment side guide device 12 and a table 6 side wall; the buffer 10 is pressed by a horizontal-press bolt 9 fitted into a hole part provided on the table side wall; and a gap 11 between a fitting bolt 16 for fixing a guide rail 15 constituting the adjustment side guide device 12 and the table 6, and a bolt hole provided on the table for fitting the bolt 16 is provided to slidably move the table 6. |
