摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of processing steps at the time of assembly while maintaining high precision and high rigidity rotation of a bearing element that is essential as a constituent element of a reaction wheel and also to decrease a processing cost along with the reduction of processing steps, thereby realizing reduction of the processing cost while maintaining performance of the reaction wheel.SOLUTION: When a specified positional pre-load is applied to a bearing element for rotationally supporting a rotating shaft assembled into a reaction wheel, a spring element acting as a resilient pre-load applying means is assembled between a bearing housing and the rotating shaft carrying a flywheel against an outer ring of the bearing element. At this time, the inner rings and outer rings of the two bearings arranged to be spaced apart to constitute the bearing element are integrally fixed with adhesive agent of fixing means composed of adhesive agent to the hole inner surface of the bearing housing and the shaft outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft. A specified positional pre-load using a spring characteristic of the spring element is fixedly held.
