An embodiment of the present invention relates to an online counseling service system using a smart phone. The purpose of the present invention is to enable a user to fully view the profiles of counselors and comments on counsel using a smartphone application, to conveniently select one among many competing experts, and to easily receive counseling from the expert using SNS reply messages and voice chats. To this end, an online counseling service system using a smartphone according to an embodiment of the present invention is an online counseling service system for providing a pay counseling service on an online website. The online counseling service system includes: at least one member terminal in which a professional counseling application is installed, and which is connected to the online website by executing the professional counseling application, requests counseling for a member, and is authenticated as the member with authentication information; at least one expert member terminal in which the professional counseling application is installed, and which is connected to the online website by executing the professional counseling application, when a counseling request is received from the member terminal, inputs counseling information regarding the received counseling request, and is authenticated as an expert member with authentication information; and a professional counseling server which provides the member terminal with the professional information of the expert member, when a request for counseling with the expert member terminal selected by the member terminal is received, creates counseling space for member terminal and the expert member terminal to provide a counseling service therebetween, collects a consultation fee in accordance with a counseling time from the member terminal, and distributes, to the expert member terminal, a consultation fee, requested by the expert member, of the collected consultation fee such that the consultation fee is included in the professional information of the expert member. |
